Most of the products supplied by Hoang Nam equipment are warrantied 12 month counting from the purchasing day.  Some products will have warranty time shorter or longer then the standard one depend on each product. The warranty period is informed by us on the product detail page

WARRANTY CONDITION

• Product is still within the warranty time.
• Products must have the warranty stamp, and the stamp must not be torn or erased.
• The product is not damaged by: wrong installation, self-repair, using the wrong voltage source. Or the product is damaged due to  natural disasters or force majeure.
• The consumable parts like: blade, bearing, guiding belt,  grinding stone, sawing blade are not in warranty policy

WARRANTY PLACE

All products that had been sold are warranted by Hoang Nam equipment, this information is also clearly stated on the warranty card

In case customers can not bring the equipment to us for maintenance, customers can required us to come to customers’ location to maintain the products

WARRANTY TIME

After receiving the maintenance products, our specialist will check products and give customers an appointment date to pick up the device. Depending on the level of damage of the product, the time to receive the machine will vary, but no more than 5 working days.
