Returning cases

• Failure product: Please check the product before payment. In case the product is failure during the transportation, please refuse to receive it and resend the product to us.
• Product that can not be used right after being received. Please contact us for being support in returning product.
• Products that are delivered is not according to the order.
• Customers think that the delivered product is liked as their order.

Please contact us as soon as possible, we will check if the product we send to you is wrong. In that case, we will replace right product according to your request (when we have the product you need).

Returning conditions

Conditions of returning time: Within one days counting from the time customer receive the product and customer need to contact us through the phone number for confirming returning product.

Returning condition:

– The returning product have to be in their original condition.

– The returning product have to be in their full box, paper with the instruction manual and unused.

– The returning fee will be discussed by both parties

Returning process:

– Step 1: After receiving product, please check  carefully once before receiving product. If any problem happens, please contact us at the time the delivering staff is still there.

In case the delivering staff has gone – If customer want to return the product, please contact us to be settled and given the returning schedule.

– Step 2: After receiving the customer’s request, we will notify the appointment schedule and method of receiving the returning product to the customer.
